President's Message
Jane Juan Wei
The world has become increasingly unpredictable and overwhelming with so many uncertainties. Living in such an era, as women, how can we better play our role? The most important thing is to cultivate a strong heart and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude to face everything. And know that the power of one person is limited, but a group of well-intentioned, like-minded people can have a positive impact on the society.
At AABWA, we share a common vision- Leadership, success, contribution. We value each member's interests and growth in the association. We have built a platform to encourage professional women to strengthen connections, inspire each other, and achieve together. Our members' satisfaction is our goal.
We will continue to promote leadership role to connect with many different backgrounds professional organisations, to build the bridge between Asian professional women with a broad multicultural societies, to ensure your voice to be heard and your selfless contributions to be recognised and appreciated.
One of the most important things in our lives is to be connected with like-minded, positive and truely authentic people who cheers for us when we are at our peaks of success and offer a helping hand to lift us up when we are experiencing the challenges in our lives regardless of our background, culture and status of life.
I shall commit myself to the sound development of AABWA. Thank you for having the belief in me.
