Deborah graduated from Monash University and has practised exclusively in family law since. In 2021, she was accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Family Law Specialist. She is currently a Partner at Pearsons Family Lawyers.

Her practice covers all areas of family law including property disputes, parenting matters, family violence and intervention orders, binding financial agreements and cross-jurisdictional disputes.
